Product Description

This unique high protein hazelnut flour is milled from organic hazelnuts that had most the oil removed by expeller cold pressing. The result is a dry, shelf stable at room temperature flour that lasts for 12 months.  It has exceptional thickening properties when used in gluten-free and vegan baking.

Some uses include; cookies, muffins, cakes, breads, pie crust, crumble crust, granola, batter for fish and chicken, and protein shakes.
