Saltspring Sunrise Premium Edibles is a producer of certified organic artisanal oils, and stone milled gluten-free flours.

We are dedicated to developing and supporting a local, sustainable food economy that ensures a future for local agricultural businesses and a fair price for farmers.  Our artisanal oils and flours are produced in small batches for a community that appreciates culinary pleasures while benefiting their health.

At the family farm on Saltspring Island, BC, we have an established walnut orchard and 50 hazelnut trees that will start producing nuts this season.  Also, in 2015 we will be growing black oilseed sunflowers and styrian pumpkins for oil seed feedstock. When we need to supplement our feedstock sources, we are committed to sourcing the highest quality, local nuts and seeds available.

Currently our feedstock is acquired from various sources on Saltspring Island, Vancouver Island, and the Fraser Valley.
